Strength, conditioning, mobility, and dance all improve fitness, but they improve different parts of it, and mixing them without a reason tends to produce a lot of effort and very little direction.<\/p>\n\n\n<h4 style=\"\" class=\"wp-block-heading\">A Simple Way to Choose<\/h4>\n\n\n<ul style=\"\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n\t<li>Want to look and feel stronger: Strength Training twice a week, plus one conditioning class.<\/li>\n\t<li>Want stamina back: Cardio Blast or Full Body Burn, three times a week.<\/li>\n\t<li>Want to enjoy training again: Zumba, Dance Fit, or Hip Hop Moves.<\/li>\n\t<li>Want to move without pain: Basic Yoga and Pilates Core, alongside anything else.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n<h4 style=\"\" class=\"wp-block-heading\">Give Any Choice Six Weeks<\/h4>\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"\">Six weeks is long enough for a class to stop feeling unfamiliar and start showing results, and short enough that a wrong pick costs you very little.
